The brief

Halcyon's operations team lived in dashboards. Every alert required interpretation, and most decisions were repeats of the previous week.

What we designed

A decision fabric:

• Streams telemetry through a small set of typed rules and learned policies.
• Surfaces only the decisions a human still needs to make.
• Closes the loop on the rest, with a transparent audit trail.

The outcome

Manual triage dropped 31% in the first quarter, and median response time for the alerts that remained went from 14 minutes to under 4.
